Where can I obtain a copy of a Certificate of Occupancy?

Answer:

Certificates of Occupancy are left on the job site at the time of completion and the City of Waco Inspections Department does not retain a copy for the file. Certificates of Occupancy are not issued for existing structures and are not required to be on the premises.
